Job summary

Panhandle Getaways in Panama City Beach, FL is hiring for two levels of property management: Associate Property Manager and Property Manager. The Associate role supports owner communication, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and follow-through across an assigned group of homes, while the Property Manager independently manages owner relationships and complex projects.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, vacation rental, customer service, or property operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn property standards, take ownership of tasks, and follow through.
• At least 2 years of direct hospitality experience (vacation rentals, hotels, or property management).
• Experience managing client or owner relationships, coordinating projects, and resolving service concerns.
• Ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and identify ways to improve a property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties before owner arrivals to maintain high standards.
• Build relationships with owners through regular updates, clear expectations, and responsive service.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve maintenance and property concerns.
• Track projects through completion and keep owners informed of progress.
• Review guest feedback and property trends to identify upgrades and improvements.
• Address owner concerns calmly and professionally.
