Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration or closely related field; coursework in management.
• Extensive experience in a responsible administrative/management position in municipal government.
• Thorough knowledge of laws and administrative policies governing municipal operations.
• Ability to build consensus among elected officials and the community, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
