Job summary

Allura USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the Coastal Texas territory, based out of Houston. The role focuses on building relationships, promoting products, and securing new accounts while collaborating with marketing, logistics, and technical teams.

The position requires 5+ years in related materials, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Expect up to 75% travel and a compensation plan with base salary plus incentive up to 45% of base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber cement, building materials, or related industry.
• Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM software is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Develops and maintains business relationships in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers.
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
• Analyzes the territory/market potential and value of customers to the organization.
• Keeps up to date on product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, and promotional trends.
