Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Permanent Onsite Manager, Case Management & Social Services on the Oregon Coast. The candidate will oversee case management in an acute care hospital and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and licensure as a nurse or as a social worker, at least five years of progressive case management experience with leadership background. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; must be a Nurse or a Social Worker.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare case management experience in an acute care hospital.
• Leadership experience of 3 years preferred.
