Job summary

Lynker is seeking a Coastal Resilience Program Specialist to support NOAA and national coastal resilience initiatives. This role provides day-to-day program coordination, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement across multiple partners to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate excels at coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and tracking progress while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in environmental science, public administration, communications, or related field.
• Two or more years supporting projects, programs, or executive leadership in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic initiatives involving multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and organize meetings, workshops, and events with internal and external partners.
• Prepare executive materials, briefings, and reports for leadership and conferences.
• Support stakeholder engagement by collecting input and documenting outcomes.
• Track assignments, deadlines, and actions, maintaining accurate project documentation.
