Job summary

Casago Coastal North Carolina seeks a VP of Rentals to lead and scale rental performance across a growing multi-market portfolio. This high-impact role partners with ownership and general managers to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to the rentals function, aligning teams and driving measurable results.

You will build systems to improve efficiency, elevate homeowner and guest experiences, and enable scalable growth while operating across multiple coastal markets and solving

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum vacation rental / short term rental experience.
• 5+ years minimum leadership experience.
• Experience with property management software; Streamline preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead homeowner relations and portfolio performance across markets.
• Oversee rental operations from onboarding to guest services.
• Develop standardized processes to scale operations.
• Resolve escalated guest and homeowner issues with urgency.
• Support business growth and brand ambassador for Casago coastal destinations.
