Job summary
Seaside Vacation Homes is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to care for about 100 vacation homes and condos between Gearhart and Cannon Beach, with most in Seaside. You’ll diagnose issues, perform light repairs, and coordinate with specialists when needed to keep properties in top shape.

Qualifications
- Experience in professional maintenance or home-care preferred.
- Ability to use common tools such as drill, multimeter, drywall tools, and basic hand and power tools.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Residence on North Coast or transition plan.
- Basic computer, internet and typing skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and light home repairs.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Property inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosing problems before replacing parts.
- Documenting completed work on a laptop.
- Identifying work requiring a specialized contractor.
