You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other repairs while coordinating with management and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience across trades, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other repair needs.


• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.


• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule one week per month to address urgent issues.


• Collaborate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.


• Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades.

• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
