Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks a Project Manager to support the Natural Resources Environmental team in South Florida. You will lead environmental permitting, NEPA support, coastal and marine resource management, and waterfront infrastructure projects for public and private clients across Florida.

The role emphasizes managing scopes, budgets, and client coordination while working with the Environmental Principal to support scientific diving and marine-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Biology, Marine biology, or other degree relevant to the practice of Environmental Consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience for Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage natural resources projects from proposal through completion.
• Prepare scopes of work, fee proposals, schedules, technical reports, and permit applications.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and project performance.
• Serve as a primary client contact and support agency coordination efforts.
• Work closely with the Environmental Principal in South Florida to support the scientific diving team and marine-focused operations.
