Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift and move items and operate a dishwasher.
• Health and safety guidelines adherence is required.
• Prior kitchen or food-service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove leftover food from plates before washing.
• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware, then load them into the dishwasher.
• Unload clean items and return them to storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors during the shift.
• Track detergent and cleaning supply levels, restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Attend team meetings and perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.
