Ideal candidates have basic dishwashing knowledge, can stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a coastal restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Gathers all dirty dishware, rinses and stacks in dishracks; clears leftovers and trash.
• Operates automatic dishwashing machine; loads dishracks according to machine instructions.
• Controls detergents and chemicals; monitors output and adjusts as needed.
• Unloads cleaned dishes; inspects cleanliness; stacks for staff use.
