Responsibilities

• Wash plates, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment in industrial dishwasher.
• Hand wash delicate or large items when required.
• Restock tableware and supplies in service area and kitchen.
• Monitor water temperature and chemical levels for sanitation.
• Report any dishwasher issues to the kitchen manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
