Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, grant development, or related area.
• Experience obtaining permits and coordinating review processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, review, and submit competitive grant applications with sponsor requirements.
• Manage grant administration from application to post‑award reporting and metrics.
• Lead permitting and compliance for coastal and waterfront projects, including docks, marinas, and shoreline work.
• Prepare local, state, and federal permit applications and regulatory approvals.
• Conduct environmental analyses and documentation (NEPA, EIS, EA, BA) and field observations.
• Identify and pursue federal/state/private funding opportunities for infrastructure programs.
• Provide funding strategy support to municipalities, agencies, and project teams.
