Nantucket Cottage Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, invites experienced pharmacists to join a close-knit rural hospital on Nantucket Island. You will participate in all aspects of patient care in a USP-compliant sterile compounding environment and support clinical decisions.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and a $5,000+ relocation and housing stipend to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ability to work unsupervised during on-call and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Experience with sterile compounding and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Perform sterile compounding and ensure compliance with USP and regulations.
• Prepare CSPs per best practices and policies.
• Respond to codes and emergencies and dispense meds per procedures.
• Review orders for accuracy, drug interactions, and dosing.
• Reconciling medications and communicating recommendations to care team.
• Maintain documentation for controlled substances and inventory management.
• Support pharmacy services and participate in in-service programs.
