Job summary

Lynker seeks an Evaluations Specialist to support CZMA-related program evaluations and national estuarine reserves reviews. You will organize submittals, surveys, and progress reports, schedule and conduct site visits, and craft draft findings with recommendations for program improvements.

Ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong writing, editing, and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to write, edit, and analyze information.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an evaluator to support program evaluations under CZMA section 312
• Organize information from submittals, survey, and reports to guide focus areas
• Plan and organize meetings with programs being evaluated and schedule evaluations
• Conduct site visits (virtual, in-person, or hybrid) with leadership and partners
• Draft initial findings with accomplishments and recommendations
• Finalize findings and share with program leadership
• Support statutory and regulatory analyses related to CZMA evaluation
