Job summary

Lynker Technologies in Charleston, SC is seeking an Evaluations Specialist to support CZMA evaluations for NOAA programs. You will organize submittals, surveys, and progress reports; coordinate meetings; and participate in site visits (virtual, in-person, or hybrid) to gather input for findings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as evaluator to support program evaluations under CZMA section 312
• Organize information from program submittals, stakeholder survey, and progress reports to guide focus areas
• Plan and organize meetings with the programs evaluated to explain the process and schedule
• Conduct virtual, in-person, or hybrid site visits with program leadership, staff and partners
• Draft initial findings including accomplishments and recommendations
• Finalize findings and share with the program leadership
• Support statutory and regulatory analyses related to the CZMA evaluation program
