Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience; inpatient setting preferred.
• Two years in Intake/Triage/Admissions preferred.
• Computer proficiency with heavy data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients.
• Determine medical necessity and refer to appropriate level of care.
• Gather information for insurance providers including precertifications.
• Respond to and triage incoming calls, guiding patients and families.
