Job summary

THOR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence Lifecycle Manager at USCG C5I Service Center and USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.

The analyst will contribute to Tactical Cryptology Afloat requirements as the Intelligence Lifecycle Management directorate forms, guiding forms and processes to lower commands. The role involves coordinating documentation, cost estimates, and strategic planning for platforms in sustainment, with travel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional acquisition experience in USCG, Navy, DoD or IC environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity software.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and take notes.
• Provide status reports including risks to schedule, cost, or performance.
• Draft acquisition and resource documentation.
• Assist with cost estimates for future growth.
• Support USCG integration efforts with other services.
• Coordinate Government Furnished Equipment/Information.
• Support PARM reviews, design reviews and other program reviews.
• Support future platform sustainment planning.
• Coordinate documentation and modernization pathways for platforms.

Skills

Proficiency with productivity software

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering

High school diploma + relevant training (SSEE, CANES, ADNS, ATIP, NMT)
