Job summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Program/Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison Office (CGLO) at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL.

The role involves overseeing training production, student flow, and compliance with directives within a two-year naval aviator training pipeline. The position requires a minimum Tier 1 federal background, a related bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess program efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for all reporting.
• Willingness to travel to NAS Whiting Field, NAS Corpus Christi, and Ft. Novosel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and conduct liaison support for all CGAPP programs.
• Identify issues, coordinate requirements and schedules, and direct studies impacting training and policies.
• Oversee flight training production using CGAPP databases and report progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field operations.
• Develop procedures for reviewing training jackets and monitor compliance with directives.
• Coordinate with multiple commands to align training with production goals.
• Maintain student recall/transfer rosters and manage flow of students across stages.
• Complete performance management tasks and advise on accountability actions.
• Provide input on Officer Evaluation Reports and related workflows.
