Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Program/Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison Office at NAS Pensacola, FL. The role oversees pilot training production, coordination of schedules, and reporting for CGAPP programs and student progress.

Responsibilities include liaison with multiple agencies, development of procedures for training jacket reviews, and managing student flow across training pools. Requires active Tier 1 background investigation and a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Tier 1 federal background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and design student production plans.
• Knowledge of CNATRA/NATRACOM flight training missions and goals.
• Familiarity with Coast Guard/Navy training policies and directives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and conduct liaison support for CGAPP programs.
• Coordinate requirements and schedules; direct program studies.
• Oversee CGAPP flight training production using databases and reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Student Control offices at NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting Field.
• Develop procedures for reviewing Aviation Training Jackets and monitor compliance.
• Manage student flows across training pools and coordinate with NAPPO.
• Maintain recall/transfer rosters and track training progress.
• Provide input on officer evaluations and assist workflow for personnel.
• Manage applicable directives and ensure documentation for programs.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external contacts through meetings and site visits.
