Guest Services is seeking a Captain to direct ferry operations and ensure safe, compliant vessel performance. You will act as the primary onboard contact with the USCG for regulatory compliance and oversee crew training and safety drills.

Qualifications

• USCG License and TWIC required.
• Experience in marina or dock operations preferred.
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct ferry operations and ensure safe vessel performance.
• Maintain safe vessel tie ups to docks, piers, ships, and moorings.
• Communicate positively with client crew and passengers.
• Oversee passenger embarkation/debarkation safety and procedures.
• Repair and modify related equipment like pumps and hoses.
• Maintain logs and records accurately.
• Interact with customers and management professionally.
• Support non-motorized waterfront operations as needed.
