• Formulating, justify, and develop annual operating and support budgets, spend plans, and funding estimates.
• Execute and monitor appropriated and reimbursable funds to ensure proper allocation, obligation, and compliance.
• Conduct budget analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and develop recommendations.
• Interpret Federal appropriations law, OMB guidance, DHS/USCG policies, and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
• Advise senior leaders, program managers, and stakeholders on budgetary alternatives, funding issues, and resource management strategies.
