Soccer Shots Northwestern Virginia is seeking a part-time Assistant Program Coordinator to support the owner with coaching, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts. The role includes leading instructors, coordinating schedules, and contributing to program growth across winter, spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience leading coaching staff and managing program operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Capacity to engage with parents, centers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and staff leadership: recruit, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, and manage instructors.
• Maintain master instructor schedule; handle cancellations and reschedules.
• Collect signed staff paperwork and maintain files; host seasonal staff meetings.
• Assist with internship program and manage seasonal interns.
• Deliver 10–20 coaching sessions per week per season.
