Pathstream is hiring an Operations Lead, Coaching to shape how we recruit, onboard, equip, and manage coaches in a scaling organization. You will be the first point of contact for coaches, building tools and resources to help them find answers quickly, and you will root-cause issues to prevent repeated problems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in operations, project management, consulting, or similar.
• Experience building or rebuilding a process or system with measurable results.
• Ability to automate, template, or eliminate repetitive work.

Responsibilities

• Design and build processes for onboarding and coaching as the team grows.
• Own the coach operating system: tools, access, context, policies to free coaches for coaching.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and ship durable fixes (automation, tooling, processes).
• Manage data behind coaching: keep databases and metrics clean for leadership decisions.
• Turn coach feedback into strategic system and process updates.
• Collaborate with Program and Client Success to staff engagements and make coaching a strategic lever.
• Help design recruitment and management of coaches as the team evolves.
