Job summary

Family Guidance Center of Alabama is seeking candidates to work directly with men and women transitioning from public assistance to greater self-reliance. You will provide comprehensive life coaching and caring guidance to help participants attain education and employment goals.

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in human services (Master's preferred) and at least three years in social services, with strong communication and tech outreach abilities. EOE.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in social services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including using technology for outreach.
• Compassionate approach with participants and ability to guide and support.
