Job summary

Panasonic Connect North America is seeking a CO₂ Field Service Technician to provide hands‑on technical support for installing, maintaining, and repairing automation and CO₂ equipment at customer sites. The role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include installing, modifying, and repairing equipment at client sites, maintaining safety, and delivering clear documentation and customer training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Laser, Electro, or Optics or equivalent experience is required.
• Two or more years of related experience, including troubleshooting.
• Functional PC skills and proficiency with appropriate software required.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair factory automation equipment at customer sites. (100% weekly travel)
• Maintain a safe work environment and report issues.
• Operate and program machines; understand machine parameters and functions.
• Prepare service reports, expense reports, and other documentation as directed.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate technical information.
