West Ohio Community Action Partnership is seeking a qualified Co-Teacher/FSW Float based at our Central location. This role requires 40 hours of work per week for 9 months a year, focusing on the development and support of children in Child Development Services.

The successful candidate will assist in lesson planning, coordinate services for families, and ensure access to health-related resources. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferences for CDA certification. The position offers paid time off and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to enroll in CDA program within two years.
• Certifications in Child Abuse & Neglect, CPR, and First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher in developing and educating children.
• Coordinate and facilitate services for families and children.
• Ensure children receive required health-related services.
