Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet goals.

• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
