Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Lexington, NC is seeking a Co Team Leader to drive store operations and deliver an outstanding associate and customer experience. You will lead merchandising, staff development, and daily financial oversight.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and executing talent planning. Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years retail-management experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday season on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures company standards are met in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
