Ollie’s is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, leading a team passionate about delivering great customer experiences and strong merchandising results. The role focuses on financial oversight, scheduling, and staff development to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing payroll budgets, and implementing company programs while maintaining Ollie’s service standards that emphasize care and value for customers.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a mid-to-large retailer.
• Strong customer service and merchandising skills.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets, expenses, and store finances.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s customer service behaviors in every interaction with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop talent plans to grow associates.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
