Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to oversee the sales floor and receiving area.

You will build and lead a merchandise-focused team that delivers a great associate and customer experience, while guiding merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. Key duties include managing payroll budgets, expenses, inventory processes, and scheduling to meet store goals; you will model Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors; maintains standards in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
