General Produce’s Sacramento facility is hiring a Co-Pack Specialist to ensure products are prepared accurately, safely, and on time. Full-time with a 4-day work week, there is overtime and a strong focus on stability and work-life balance.

You will operate co-packing lines, code sell-by dates, and manage packaging on lines. Receive, store, and replenish materials, pick orders for shipment, and support the repack team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience on an assembly line, a warehouse environment, packing, or material handling.
• Electric pallet jack certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Urgency & accuracy are essential in all tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Operate co-packing production lines and ensure accurate sell-by date coding.
• Pack products on an assembly line into cartons, trays, and pallets.
• Receive, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Provide backup assistance to the repack department as needed.
• Apply strong mathematical skills for inventory management and order processing.

Co-Pack Specialist Job Responsibilities

• Schedule: Full time, 4-day work week.

Co-Pack Specialist Qualifications

• Education (Preferred): High school diploma or equivalent.

• Work Ethic and Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety in all tasks.
