Job summary

General Produce is hiring a Co-Pack Specialist to operate production lines, accurately code sell-by dates, and handle product packing on a fast-paced assembly line in our California facilities. You will receive, store, and replenish materials while picking and staging orders for shipment, with backup support for the repack team.

The role emphasizes urgency, accuracy, and reliability, with a four-day work week and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience on an assembly line, in a warehouse, packing or material handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate co-packing production lines and ensure accurate sell-by date coding.
• Pack products on an assembly line into cartons, trays, and pallets.
• Receive, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods.
• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Provide backup assistance to the repack department as needed.
• Apply strong mathematical skills for inventory management and order processing.
