Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to run automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking, and labeling equipment for canister-style disinfectant wipes in a clean, safety-minded setting.

The 3rd shift runs Mon-Wed 5:30 PM–5:30 AM and Thu 5:30 PM–9:30 PM. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift premium and potential to earn up to $29.25 per hour through training.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co‑pack canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: - Machine Operator

Location: - 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: - 3rd -Shift; Mon-Wed 5:30PM - 5:30AM & Thurs 5:30PM - 9:30PM

Pay: -Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

- Make up to $29.25 per hour through additional training!

- Wage includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do:

Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Accurately complete required production documentation.

• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated asSafety-Sensitive(This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.)

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Bonus points if you have (Preferred):

Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.

Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
