Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Machine Operator for our Sheboygan, WI facility. You will operate automated packaging, cutting, shrinking, and labeling equipment for canister-style disinfectant wipes in a clean, safety-focused setting.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift premium and potential to earn up to $29.25 per hour after training. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting continuous production and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to stand long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: Machine Operator

Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: 3rd-Shift; Mon-Wed 5:30PM - 5:30AM & Thurs 5:30PM - 9:30PM

Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

• Make up to $29.25 per hour through additional training!
• Wage includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these "outbound" shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others.).
