Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate the production of all work orders and transfers under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. The role requires ensuring work aligns with client specs and achieving UPH targets with minimal errors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 4–5 years in production, plus 2–3 years in a lead capacity, with strong detail orientation and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-5 years’ experience working in a production environment.
• 2-3 years in a Lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Plan production in the area.
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor.
• Verify all work for accuracy.
• Verify correct product is pulled for production.
• Verify product produced is accurately produced, scanned, and staged for put-away.
• Close (or verify closed) all work orders/transfers immediately following production.
• Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor.
• Work with IC and dock to maintain product flow in and out of the department.
• Verify all time sheets are filled out correctly.
• This job will include other duties as assigned.
• Computer literate - Window base systems a plus.
• Apply the Group Best Practices.
