Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree and returning to school after the position.
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, work, or community preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Survey candidate workflows across Precision Medicine Operations to identify gaps and high-impact automation opportunities.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions, such as dashboards, visualizations, and integrations, that reduce manual effort.
• Write and test code in Python and/or R to support automation and data-pipeline development.
• Apply large language models (LLMs) to automation tasks where appropriate.
• Generate insights from clinical trial and biological data to support treatment-response research.
• Collaborate with functional experts across Precision Medicine Operations and partners in Data Management and Global Development IT.
• Document technical work clearly, including setup steps, limitations, and maintenance needs.
