Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) is seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Data Science & Computational Biology to join our Research team in Tarrytown, NY. These full-time, onsite positions run January through August, with pay scaled by education level; hourly rate ranges from $17.90 to $50.90 depending on education and degree program.

As a co-op, you will build models to predict how genetic variants affect proteins, develop computational tools for image analysis, harmonize RNA-sequencing metadata,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and returning to school after the program.
• Commitment to 40 hours per week for the stated duration.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, or work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build models to predict how a genetic variant affects a protein.
• Develop computational tools for image analysis.
• Harmonize metadata across large public and internal RNA-sequencing datasets.
• Apply ML and data analysis to research questions.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Write and test code to support analyses.
• Present results to the research team.
