Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2030.
• Must be enrolled in a co‑op program at Kettering University or Rochester Institute of Technology.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Analyze product, process and technology to determine best methods of manufacture.
• Assist in design/build of tools and equipment or propose improvements to existing processes.
• Assist maintenance personnel in operation and maintenance of specialized equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance and equipment problems.
• Coordinate machinery upgrade projects.
