Job summary
Robert E. Mason & Associates, Inc. is offering a Co-Op IT/OT Services Engineer position within our Lifecycle Services team.
The successful candidate will assist control system engineering customers in development, delivery, maintenance and optimization of state-of-the-art process control solutions at industrial sites. This customer-facing role requires travel to client facilities to commission and maintain control systems, perform audits, cybersecurity tasks and system patching, and to design
Qualifications
- Pursuing a technical bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, CS or similar.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work onsite on controls projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn latest technologies and support IT-OT systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support IT-OT computer systems and network infrastructure.
- On-site and remote support of distributed control systems, including performance audits and troubleshooting.
- Assist in training end users and in technical sales support for control system field service solutions.
