Collegeco-ops will be assigned to work on an IT team based on the availability ofopportunities, the needs of the business, and the matching of skills and careerinterests. Specific responsibilities for each assignment will be discussed withcandidates selected for an interview. The D&T teams include:

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during:
• Work Spring semester 2027: January 11, 2027 – May 7, 2027
• Return to school during the summer semester 2027
• Work Fall semester 2027: August 16, 2027 –December 10, 2027

Be willing to work onsite at the Delta headquarters in Atlanta,GA. Some teams may offer hybrid work arrangements

Must be an Undergraduate student with a 3.0 GPA or higher

You must have completed at least 2 years of college coursework (risingJunior/Senior)

Your study major must be Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering(Systems, Industrial, Electrical), Management Information Systems, DataScience/Analytics, Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Information Security, BusinessManagement, or a related field

• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

Experience or knowledge of Agentic AI conceptsand tools; experience with AI-assisted problem solving and workflow automation;familiarity with frameworks/tools such as Kiro ; experience with dataanalysis, dashboards, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud); ability to design,configure, or support AI agents to improve productivity and business outcomesis a plus. Some roles require familiarity with Python and the abilityto code, familiarity with hardware, or familiarity with the structure ofDevelopment teams/squads, sprints, and taking stories off backlogs.

• Havethe ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctlyexplain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decisionmaking
• Desireto learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving andconflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult to solvechallenges faced by our customers
• Havea passion for working on technologies such as Mobile apps, Enterprise Web apps,APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence
• Beinterested in accepting a full time offer after graduation if an offer isextended
