Job summary
Flow Control Group in Brockton, MA is seeking a motivated Compressed Air Service Technician Co‑op to gain hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance. You will work alongside senior technicians on installation, maintenance, and diagnostic tasks related to compressors, dryers, filters, and ancillary equipment, with a clear path to full‑time service roles.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently accepted into a program related to industrial maintenance or electromechanical trades.
- Basic mechanical coursework preferred.
- Willingness to work in industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain during program.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of compressors and ancillary equipment.
- Support preventive maintenance activities, including oil changes and filter replacements.
- Learn to use diagnostic tools and service documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Interact professionally with customers under supervision.
