Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in or recently accepted into a technical/vocational program related to Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or HVAC/Industrial Systems.
• Strong interest in hands-on mechanical work.
• Willingness to work in industrial environments.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain during program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied physical conditions.

Aufgaben

• Assist senior service technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of compressors, dryers, filters, and ancillary equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt inspections.
• Learn troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and proper use of service tools and documentation.
• Interact professionally with customers under supervision and learn service reporting processes.
