Job summary

O-I Glass is seeking a co-op student for the Finished Products group to learn the glass container manufacturing process, especially the cold end. You will work on projects, develop solutions, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.

The assignment runs from June through December 2027 and includes training materials development and cross-team collaboration. You will gain hands-on experience with production environments, documentation, and teamwork, under mentors, while refining your

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or similar field, with Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Ability to balance several projects.
• Good interpersonal skills, especially with remote collaboration.
• Good written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and create documents, videos, and other training materials for operations teams in O-I plants.
• Collaborate with other teams to deploy solutions.
• Technical documentation and reporting of results.
• Perform experiments in lab, pilot, and production environments.
• Develop and roll out solutions to Cold End Operations teams or other global teams.
