Job summary

BlueWave in Boston is seeking a Fall Co-op to join our Engineering team. You\'ll support PV solar and battery storage design layouts, energy models, and review construction submittals, surveys, and geotechnical reports, gaining hands-on experience through design to construction.

This role is ideal for a student pursuing a Bachelor\'s in Civil or Electrical Engineering who wants practical, project-based engineering in a fast-paced renewable-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CAD preferred, but not required.
• Interest in renewable energy and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the role:

BlueWave is looking for a Fall Co-op to join our Engineering team. In this role, you'll support the creation of PV solar and battery storage design layouts and energy models, help develop construction details, and assist in reviewing construction product submittals and reliance documentation such as surveys and geotechnical reports. You'll work closely with our Engineering team to help produce the deliverables that move projects forward through design and into construction - giving you real, applied exposure to the renewable energy industry.

This is a great opportunity for a student looking to build practical, project-based engineering experience.
