Job summary

AES Indiana is seeking a Co-op Engineer to support operations, maintenance, and asset performance initiatives at Harding Street Station and other AES Indiana facilities. You will gain hands-on exposure to power generation operations, troubleshooting, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers practical experience in SAP work orders, MOC processes, RCA, and plant performance optimization, with potential weekend support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Must have a valid state-issued Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the State of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day troubleshooting at Harding Street Station and other AES Indiana facilities.
• Support outage planning, work coordination, and safe project execution.
• Contribute to asset performance assessments and RCA efforts.
• Assist with MOC processes and plant compliance activities.
• Create notifications and procurement requests in SAP.
