Northeastern University is seeking a Student Services and Data Manager to support the co‑op program by handling data reporting, operations, and partner coordination. The role interfaces with students, employers, and leadership to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include data analysis, system maintenance (Banner, Salesforce, Symplicity), and developing training materials for staff and faculty. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excel proficiency with complex formulas; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyze data; develop advanced reports on student hiring and events.
• Manage work‑study programs and delegate projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain data integrity across co‑op systems and liaise with central IS teams.
• Develop and administer surveys; update co‑op websites and LinkedIn groups.
• Prepare co‑op class materials and support Blackboard enrollment activities.
• Coordinate employer interviews and organize on‑campus events.
• Lead data/software initiatives and develop training materials.
