Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in data analytics, information systems, CS, business analytics, or related field.
• Commit to the full duration of the 3-rotation program: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, and Summer 2028.
• Strong interest in automation, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Exposure to automation tools or programming (Python, SQL, Power Automate, VBA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
• Prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Is at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the automation and optimization of FACTS processes, including recurring reporting workflows and data preparation.
• Assist with dashboard updates across departments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and recommend automation solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and help translate them into scalable solutions.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity of outputs.
• Document processes, automation logic, and reporting definitions.
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
