Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work in a diverse team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of undergraduate chemical engineering curriculum.
• Awareness of key R&D lab equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, reactors).
• Ability to follow SOPs and basic regulatory guidance under supervision.
• Understanding of laboratory investigation processes.
• Ability to share ideas with peers.
• Maintain a good lab notebook and data entry, GDP compliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with the company’s chemical hygiene plan and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Digital Twin program
• Collect and import engineering data for plant equipment from drawings and conversations with plant engineers and operators
• Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot test cases for Digital Twin software
• Collect characterization data of kilo lab equipment to validate modelling tool performance
• Develop user interface, data import/export, and data validation processes
• Ensure that the integrity and profile of Snapdragon
