Job summary

Cambrex is seeking a co-op in the chemical engineering team to support the Digital Twin program, combining modeling with process data and equipment information to aid process understanding and technology transfer. The role targets candidates pursuing a chemistry or chemical engineering degree, through 2028, with strong communication skills.

Ideal applicants will contribute to analytical operations, method setup, and equipment troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of undergraduate chemical engineering curriculum.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Leverage scientific knowledge and develop technology to solve analytical challenges in pharmaceutical process development.
• Contribute to day-to-day analytical laboratory operations and assist in method setup and equipment troubleshooting.
• Advance Snapdragon Chemistry’s proprietary knowledge and technology to fulfill value creation potential.
• Participate in project teams to deliver complex results within tight timelines and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of continuous flow technology, PAT, and process development principles.
• Support adherence to GDP and safety practices in all tasks.
